The villa and it’s enclosed gardens are tucked away along a country road, close to Can Martin, and just on the outskirts and within walking distance of the delightful old town of Pollensa. Right in front of the entrance, there is a covered terrace, allowing a welcome respite from the midday sun. The front door leads into the lounge, complete with split-level dining room. Just off the lounge there is a fully fitted galley style kitchen, as well as a shower room. Stairs form here, lead to two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has views of the Puig de Maria and the village from it’s balcony.  A fantastic built-in barbecue area overlooks the pool, which in turn is surrounded by lawns and a pretty patio. It is not often that we are able to offer villas with such a close proximity to all of the wide range of facilities and amenities that Pollensa has to offer, but with Rafaleta, we can.
