Solvilla4 is a marvellous villa. It is located high on the hillside in the much sought after residential area of El Vilar in Puerto Pollensa.

Access to the villa is by a number of steps and for this reason, the property is not suitable for the elderly or for families with young children.

The front doors leads into a really spacious and bright lounge. This is split-level to the dining room. Two sets of French doors open out to the terraces, which enjoy fantastic views over the bay of Pollensa.

Off the lounge/dining room, is the modern galley style, fully fitted kitchen. There is also a separate laundry room.
