This Mediterranean property is a 4 bedroom townhouse built on two levels. The house is approached through a walled garden, leading to a covered terrace. Entering by the hall we have, to the left a large master bedroom with laminate floors, twin beds and en-suite shower room, and to the right a large living room leading to a galley type kitchen, that opens on to the furnished terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The Calvario House is a comfortable 5 bedroom house, easily accommodating between 8 and 10 people.

Located on the Calvario Hill in the historic old town of Pollensa, it is 7 km from the beaches in Puerto Pollensa and within walking distance to the main square and shops in Pollensa.

The nearest public swimming pool is at the Pollensa Sports centre, just 1 km away.

As you enter the house through the hall, there is a small bathroom on your right, the stairs that lead to the bedrooms upstairs, and straight ahead is the dining room area. Here is also the fully equipped kitchen and the first terrace, furnished with teak table and chairs and views over Pollensa, the Puig de Maria Mountain, and the clock in the main square.

From the dining room you may go downstairs to the lower level, where there is a spacious sitting room, a lovely terrace with beautifully kept Mediterranean plants and herbs, and the view over Pollensa. Also on the lower level is a double bedroom and one full bathroom.
