The villa has been refurbished for 2010 paying particular attention to detail and modern design, but still keeping its charm and charisma.  Off the entrance hall, there is a spacious lounge featuring lofty cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, sky light windows and open stone walls. French doors lead out to a side terrace where it is comfortable to sit and quietly read on the traditional stone seating. Windows also look over the pool and BBQ area. There is also a toilet located off the hallway.  To the right of the entrance hall is a delightful dining room which goes into a purpose built integrated kitchen. Also off the dining room is a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room.  A wide staircase leads up to the first floor landing. Off of this landing is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a separate shower. Outside there is a covered built in BBQ with a long table and chairs sufficient for ten people to sit easily round. A fridge and sink compliment the area as do the delightful curtains which will enclose the area should you wish at night. To the side of the BBQ area are a WC and a utility room  The pool area has been upgraded with a teak deck to one end of the pool, lawns to two sides and a stoned patio runs along the other. Whilst bougainvillea plants climb the walls. The covered terrace close to the BBQ area is furnished with wicker sofa and chairs, a fantastic place to sit with your glass of wine in the evening. There is also stone seating with covered cushions along the low walls of the terrace.
