Access is through the entrance of the building, there is an elevator that reaches the 3rd floor, so the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Climbing-Cycling-Trekking- Scuba

Puerto Pollensa is the ideal base for climbing, hiking and scrambling holidays.
It is within 5 km from the nearest sport climbing crag: Sa Creveta, in a magnificient setting with routes for all levels.
There are four other crags within a ten minute drive and endless possibilities for challenging walks and scrambles not only in and around the Pollensa area but all over the spectacular Tramuntana mountain range.

In the unlikely event that it does rain (yes, it sometimes rains in Mallorca) then one can try out the increasingly popular sport of Canyoning with a varied choice of Canyons.
Caving is another option for those who like to go underground!
Mallorca is also the perfect destination for cyclists (both road and mountain)
Needless to say the Bay of Pollensa is a privilidged setting for water sports lovers with regular sea breezes and a well equipped boat and board hire station on the beach.
For those who want to try out a spot of DWS, RIBS can also be hired to explore the coast. We can also provide a comprehensive guiding and tuition service for all of the activities mentioned above.

Accommodation in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, is available from GBP 400 per week. Townhouses near beach and in the mountains are available to rent all year.
