The villa is built on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spaceful lounge, a complete bathroom and a open plan kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen you can access the covered terrace, furnished and with an antique Mallorquin oven and a barbecue. On the top floor there are three smaller bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with one single bed, these three bedrooms share one toilet.
The pool is situated on the upper part of the garden and enjoys delightful views of the mountains and also the Bay of Pollensa in the distance.
